Judy is delighted to have accepted the role of Coordinator for Learning Community Time, a unique and interesting part of the learning program at American University’s Master of Science in Organization Development, a cohort-based weekend program for adult learners.
Complementing the academic classes, the Practicum Project and the International Residency, Learning Community Time provides students a monthly session in which they apply to their own cohort what they have been learning in their class work. These sessions are facilitated by seasoned organization development practitioners. Judy’s role is to coordinate this process.
