FAQs
Why do clients choose to engage Judy or David from Vogel/Glaser & Associates, LLC?
Since 1987 when we began to provide a full array of organization development services, we have been told that our approach to consulting is unique. We bring all our background, experience and values to our engagements; clients have our full attention and our creative use of all our tools and methods. We also hear that we create relationships with them that allow us to support their goals, challenge them to examine their assumptions, and stretch their courage, creativity and effectiveness.
How do I know if you are the right consultant for me or my organization?
First, you need to engage us only if you feel comfortable with us and have a sense that we are genuinely curious about and respectful of your problems and your aspirations. You need to experience the potential for a trusting relationship so that we can do important work together. We invite you to spend some time with us before you decide. Our principles for consulting express our view that growth and success are built on existing strengths, that you and we are partners in your efforts to solve problems and seize opportunities, and that we are all learners.
We urge you to check our references to learn about other clients’ experience with our service. All our work is confidential; we do not share either your intellectual property or the nature of our work with you.
Do you use off-the-shelf programs or formats?
All our engagements are customized to meet the specific needs of each client. We draw upon a variety of useful tools and models. We use leadership instruments that apply to your specific needs and that have met the standards of validity and reliability.
What if I work with you and become unclear or dissatisfied with the project?
Our commitment to you is that we will meet all your expectations. While there are often unexpected developments in a project, we urge you to speak openly with us at any time about your questions or concerns. In fact, periodically in a project, we will ask you to pause, reflect and discuss with us your sense of the progress we are making together and any adjustments that may be needed.
